*• Description:*
o The Scope of work to be executed by analysts under this task order would
be for E&D Production Engineering(PE) Support Applications. The coverage
will be for 8X5 , Redmond Business hours , plus on-call support in off-shift
hours
o PE support Project consists of multiple applications in E&D which needs to
be supported in E&D. The resource would help the Support operations Team in
resolving the incidents, Identify the Root Cause and create productions bugs
if required

The following describes the role and responsibilities of the PE support
analyst

*PE Support Analyst*
o Troubleshoot Issues and Detect Root Cause
o Create production Bugs if required
o Conduct trainings to the Service operations team on the applications if
needed and on all new releases
o Review the queries written by the E&D Support operations team and approve
the same before they are
o implemented in production
o Document Issue Resolution in KB Article, WIKI Documentation etc.
o Review existing KB articles
o Conduct monthly analysis on the applications to provide feedback on the
application enhancement to the
project team
o Resolve and Close Service Request that are escalated by the service
operations team
• Implement production code changes and releases, Including UAT deployment
and support.

Deliverables: Provide Production Engineering support for the 4 sub-projects.
Resources will review and provide supportability recommendations on business
requirements documents, functional and technical specs, and test plans. UAT
deployment and support will be provided. Creation of Support documentation
and training of tier 1/2 staff will be completed by these resources.
Production deployment followed by tier 3 production support.
