A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. *FOCUS ON THE FOLLOWING DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS:* * Perform Business System Analyst tasks as required throughout the system development life cycle (SDLC). *Elicit and document both high-level and detailed business requirements. Document requirements using company standard document templates; suggestions for additional document artifacts are welcome. *Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements and specifications. Document requirements and specifications using company standard document templates; suggestions for additional document artifacts are welcome. . *Based on Business Requirements and Functional (and Non-Functional) Specs, the Business Systems Analyst and Systems Analyst / Web Architect will work together to perform Current State Technical Analysis and Gap Analysis. *High quality and quick turnaround time are expected and required. *Manage Change Request Process. *Defect Management: Coordinate testing activities in 5 environments.
