Job Description: *Job Description - The position requires a responsible, self motivated, well organized individual with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while adapting quickly to rapidly changing priorities. Also, this position requires the ability to work well with both peers and customers under pressure and deadlines. The candidate should be highly proficient with a thorough understanding of Microsoft Windows Installer Technology such as Native MSI Packaging, Application repackaging, Standard and Custom Actions, Conditions, Transforms, Patches, Upgrades, Administrative installs, Wise Package Studio, VB Script, and WMI.* Responsibilities: Ø *Package and distribution of software and Windows Security Patches/Hotfixes using SMS 2003.* Ø *Creating Microsoft Installer (.msi) packages and Microsoft Transforms (.mst) using Wise Package Studio, software repositories, Orca, and VBScript (not using repackaging or setup/capture utilities)* Ø *Ensure requested tasks meet all applicable SLAs while providing world-class service.
