Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports. · The Testing Specialist will maintain testing artifacts in Rational CLM and work closely with the other Testing Specialists to ensure all tests are executed and documented in accordance with QSSI CMMI Level 3 processes. Types of testing include the Functional Acceptance testing, User Acceptance Testing, End-to-end Testing, Performance Testing and Regression Testing. · The Testing Specialist will collaborate with the requirements and application development teams to ensure the success of the testing process Required Skills · Generally, work is self-directed and not prescribed. · Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements. · Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems. · The Business Analyst will be responsible for development of Test Plans, Test Cases/Scripts, and ensuring the traceability of Business and System Requirements in Test Plans. · Highly proficient with a variety of testing concepts, practices, procedures, and tools within the IT field. · Should possess excellent writing and analytical skills · Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
