*Job Title* Sr Web Developer- IBM WCM *Project Location* Detroit, MI *Duration* 6 months /Contract *Skills Required and Job Description:* *MOI:- Telephonic + Skype* * USC/GC/EAD Only * * QUALIFICATIONS*: *TOP THREE SKILLS (Prioritized):* 1. Expert proficiency in all the following IBM Web Content Management tasks: WCM web site and portal development, creation/modification of authoring/presentation templates, developing personalization rules and WCM personalization components. 2. Expert proficiency in all of the following: HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript and JSON. 3. Competency preferred in the following: RequireJS, Underscore JS, Adobe CQ, Bootstrap CSS framework, jQueryMobile, Bootstrap, REST, Adobe CQ, Jasmine, Mongo *OTHER REQUIREMENTS:* May be required to work after normal business hours including weekends to support press release distribution, resolve website issues or support IT maintenance activities. *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:* 1. Consult with business teams to understand requirements for portal changes. 2. Create design approach of how requirements will be implemented in BCBSM¿s WCM portal environment 3. Perform all development activities to implement design approach in the WCM portal environment. 4. Includes creation of pages, components, templates, etc. 5. Test to ensure that developed solution meets requirements and business objectives. 6. Coordinate with IT teams to integrate front-end portal solution with back-end roles, data, etc. 7. Provide training of code to Maintenance Team for long-term support *EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:* 1. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. 2. At least three (3) to years of IBM WCM development experience. *SKILLS AND ABILITIES:* 1. Expert proficiency in all the following IBM Web Content Management tasks: WCM web site and portal development, creation/modification of authoring/presentation templates, developing personalization rules and WCM personalization components. 2. Expert proficiency in all of the following: HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript and JSON. 3. Working knowledge of online marketing tactics, industry trends and user behavior including search, email and social networking platforms. Working knowledge of user experience and content management systems 7. Ability to lead and contribute to process improvement projects involving online applications and tasks 8. Experience with mentoring web designers and non-technical team members 9. Excellent written and oral communication skills 10. Ability to lead to plan, organize, direct and control projects as the project lead 11.
