*Roles & Responsibilities *

*# Service-Now Development *
- Personalize and create forms and fields
- Create new applications, modules, and tables
- Custom scripting (Client Script, Business Rules, UI Policy , UI Action,
Data Policy)
- Create and track Service Catalog requests and items with variables
- Create, monitor, modify, and publish Service Catalog workflows with
approvals
- Set up Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitor SLA workflows
- Create and modify notifications(email.sms,voicemails)
- Creating Access Control Rules (ACL)
- Build third party software integrations
- Build Content Management System (CMS) components
*# Service-Now Support & Maintenance*
- Activating plug-ins.
- Build reports, gauges, and homepages
- Import data into the instance
- Search, populate, and customize the Knowledge Base
- Create global controls for attachments and cookies
- Facilitating roll out of new applications and modules
- Assisting in troubleshooting patch / release management issues
- Manage the ServiceNow system upgrades that occur three times per year
- Create and use update sets to facilitate moving customizations between
your instances
*# Best Practice & Client Interaction *
- As a member of the Snow Development team, the Snow Developer will be
expected to be comfortable working directly with clients and to proactively
build positive relationships with clients
- Ensuring the technical quality of solution delivery
- Aiding in translating business requirements into technical requirements
- Defining and reusing best practices in integrating Service-Now product
into customers’ operational environments
*Experience*
*(Relevant experience the person must have)*
• 3-4 years of Technical experience in Snow with Implementation and
Customization Experience
• Expert in java scripts
• Any other ITSM Products implementations & Design experiences is added
