*Required:*

   - Proven Technical Skills in following:
      - Oracle – RPAS, MOM 13 [RMS, SIM, RTM, RPM, RIM] solutions (Primary)
      - Supply Chain and Demand Planning (Secondary)
      - Supply chain Management
   - Excellent Communication ( verbal and written) and presentation skills
   - Excellent Client/ Stake Holder Management skills
   - Excellent grasp of system and able to comprehend it and convert it
   into design and guide the teams on design and build
   - Detail and Process Oriented Performer and Go-getter
   - Effectively identifies the potential risks and issues even before they
   could occur, and communicates the same, follows them up with various stake
   holders to get the closure on them.
   - Exhibits excellent Leadership traits to set the standards of Lead by
   Example
   - Mentors, inspires, and nurtures the teams (offshore, and onsite) to
   effectively build great teams, and knows when to delegate.
   - Must have an eye for detail to do the technical reviews of various
   deliverables.
   - Must have played role of onsite lead in at least one of the
   large-scale Engagement



*Preferred:*

Techno Functional Lead, the person should have an overall experience of
8-10 years, with relevant experience of 4-6 years spanning across various
implementation/ maintenance/support /extension Projects in Oracle Retail in
various roles.

Automation Tester

*Location    *                         * :* Sunnyvale, CA

*Duration    *                         * :* 3-6months(Extension is possible)



*JD:*



*RESPONSIBILITIES :*
• Collaborate with developers and QA leads to improve testability,
automation, and use tool sets.
• Design and develop QA automation scripts using existing *webdriver*
 framework

• Work with development and operations to improve *efficiency* and
*effectiveness* of automation
• Integrate test scripts with *Jenkins* using *TestNG* and daily run the
regression

• Fix and modify the scripts to keep up with DEV changes in *TDD* model.
Goal is to achieve *95-99%* pass rate

• Implement, gather, implement and report team and project metrics



*Requirements:*

• At least 6 years of QA industry experience with predominant time on
Automation

• Tools / Skills : *Selenium Web driver 2.0* ( Not RC or 1.0), *Test NG,
Jenkins, XML*, SQL Queries - Must have

• Good to have skills : Unix, Mac os, cross browser automation, API testing

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

*Technologies: *

Active Directory (win 2012) , Quest Migration Manager and other Quest Tools
( Active Roles Server, Change Auditor, Recovery Manager), Powershell

*Responsibilities*:

1.       Interact with client

2.       Lead Deployment and support from onsite

*Activities: *

1.       Deploy Domain controllers at various sites

2.       Provide L2 & L3 Support on Active Directory & Help Resolve
Production issues

3.       Provide L2 and L3 support on Quest Migration Manager related issues

4.       Provide L2 and L3 support on Quest Tools ( Active Roles server,
Change Auditor, Recovery Manager)

5.       Co-ordination with other departments like Desktop, Server, Email,
Oracle  and Assist in any of the releases/issues involving Active Directory

6.       Perform change management tasks pertaining to OUs, GPOs and AD
attributes

        7.       Automate AD related report generation and other support
tasks  thru PS scripting
