3. Good communication skills and experience in working with multiple
teams like development team, testing team and Analyst teams.
4. Good understanding of IBM WebSphere Middleware, Message Broker/ IIB.
5. Any one scripting language Experience like Shell script/Perl/Groovy/

Rational Testing Workbench (GreenHat)
*Job Roles / Responsibilities: *
1. IBM Green hat / IBM Rational Integration Tester - hands on
experience in implementing service virtualization for Webservices
implemented thru BPM/WAS/DP. Virtualization of middleware to ensure agile
development of the services/applications.
2. Should be able to configure virtualization of services implemented
via HTTPS or MQ protocols
3. Should be able to do Proof of Concept and provide demo sessions with
customers
4. Should be able to work independently with no hand holding.
