The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the overall direction,
coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific
projects ensuring consistency with Adobe’s strategy, commitments and
business objectives.  The PM will be required to lead project teams to
deliver projects on time and budget through effective management of the
project scope, budget, plan, resource allocation, resource performance,
issues, risks, and deliverables per the Adobe SDLC. The PM must be adept at
managing project sponsors, leading project resources, balancing costs, risks
and benefits to achieve optimal short-term and long-term business outcomes.
This position will be accountable for all aspects of project delivery to the
agreed scope, plan and budget. The PM will be communicating with IT and
Business stakeholders daily and will escalate issues and risks as
appropriate to the established steering and oversight committees. As part of
the EA PM team, the PM will provide input on project management templates
and processes striving for continuous improvement and standardization.



*Responsibilities:*

·         Lead project implementation teams to deliver high quality
solutions while promoting a collaborative environment across IT, Business
and implementation partner resources

·         Own and manage project budget

·         Manage all phases of full life-cycle implementation projects,
including: solution blueprinting, design, development, testing, user
acceptance, deployment and handover to Support Team

·         Understand terms and conditions under which a solution scope is to
be delivered

·         Develop detailed project plans and estimates based on identified
risks and options with substantiated recommendations as appropriate

·         Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report
in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

·         Provide effective monitoring and controlling during the lifecycle
of projects. Where appropriate, initiate and control escalation within the
relevant organization to resolve project issues or mitigate risk

·         Communicate project progress to project stakeholders, through
regular meetings and timely status updates.

·         Achieve project and business objectives for budget, quality
metrics, and customer satisfaction by monitoring, correcting, forecasting
the estimate to completion and reporting on project progress

·         Be the single point of contact to the customer for the delivery of
services.

·         Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and
contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability
for their assigned work.

·         Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential
crises, and devise contingency plans.

*Requirements:*

·         Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager responsible for
implementing cross functional Enterprise Applications projects, preferably
SAP, in a complex, global environment.**

·         Management of numerous successful full life cycle Enterprise
Application projects, preferably SAP**

·         Experience using various project management methodologies with the
ability to tailor approach for project success. **

·         Experience in successfully managing cross functional teams of >20
FTE.**

·         Experience in successfully managing teams of business and
technical resources in building Information Systems with partners and
vendors**

·         Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Business is required.**

·         Some technical skills in SAP ERP applications are a plus.**

·         PMP certification required.**
