*MDM Developer* *6-12 Months * *Scottsdale, AZ* *Rate: $60 - $65/hr on C2C* Deliverables will include developing processes that: 1) Tags all external customer transaction activity-to-date with their parent company, 2) Process new records against this existing list and each other to identify matches to existing customers, or net-new customers, and 3) Effectively aggregate these same-company/same-parent records as appropriate providing statistics by client Predictive modeling experience is helpful (SAS, Python, R), as is experience using master data management (MDM) tools and fuzzy-logic matching tools to accomplish similar projects. The ideal candidate can: Use their strength in Microsoft SQL Server and standard ETL tools to find, extract, manipulate and setup data (should need no assistance in this area – SQL and ETL should be an advanced skillset) Understand existing business rules employed in the current manual process, takeover/own this process, and build-in new rules as needed Employ sophisticated “fuzzy matching” logic and statistical methods that consider relative “closeness” of a match using multiple fields, and determine if the records belong to the same company, or belong to any existing client on record Build an automated process that accomplishes the above, ending with robust reporting, and standard “audit” and “outlier” files Document all of the above effectively and convey knowledge transfer This kind of work is frequently done in B2B and Consumer marketing operations (mail houses, credit agencies), consolidating house files and rental files to eliminate multiple messages/mailers to the same contact.
