*Job Title* Functional/Technical SAP Analyst *Project Location* Vorhees NJ *Duration* 6 months /Contract *Skills Required and Job Description:* *Primary Role * This position will work as a member of the IT Business Systems Analysis (BSA) support team working closely with business users, process owners, and development teams to ensure effective application use while enhancing user experience, productivity and efficiency, mitigating risks, and resolving issues. SAP ISU, billing/invoicing experience is required. *Key Accountabilities * - Responsible for the successful delivery of the break/fix, enhancement, reporting, data and configuration items owned by the CIS BA Team (CRM, Billing, Device, Credit & Collections). - Identify and define customer requirements for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflow)& configuration items approved by Governance. - Create the functional designs for RICEFW items approved by Governance. - Transition functional designs to the development team to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements and design. Collaborate with the development team as necessary to ensure successful delivery. - Build and test configuration when requested by the Business. Gain Business approval of configuration changes. Work with the deployment teams to ensure the configuration is successfully moved to Production. - Serve as a liaison to the business community to ensure that its needs are fully understood. - Communicate effectively with both the Business and IT groups. - Inform/escalate to Leadership any issues that impact the team’s deliverables. - Coordinate integration items with the other work streams (EAM/ERP). - Participate in joint application design sessions with the interfacing application teams to ensure cross-team communication and collaboration. - Update/create documentation (Business Process Designs, Functional Designs, ARIS Workflows) - Create ad hoc queries as requested. - Create test conditions and assist with user acceptance testing. - Mange the CRM replication queue (CRM Analyst only). - Assist with Business Process Exception Management (BPEM) resolution. *Skills * - Experience as Lead Business Analyst - Strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to absorb and present large amounts of detail through various forms of communications. - Ability to facilitate discussions in a mixed technical and business team environment - Awareness of common industry business requirements management tools, e.g., IBM Rational Requisite PRO. - Must understand technical problems and solutions in relation to current and future business environments. - Knowledge of projects that have enterprise-wide impact and require subject matter expertise of process improvement areas and process improvement tools. - Expertise in Water Utility implementations desired by not required - Cross functional SAP and business process experience with ERP and EAM desired by not required - Experience with the integration of acquired entities desired by not required -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
