This position is responsible for the elicitation and documentation of
Business & System requirements and User Acceptance Test Cases & Test Plans
for approved system/application changes that supports the Enterprise Health
Care Management (EHCM) organization.  This position is also responsible for
adhering to requirement and testing policies and procedures that have been
defined for the organization.



*Job Requirement: *

·         7 Years in Business Analyst-especially healthcare

·         Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

·         PC proficiency to include but not limited to MS Office.

·         Experience with multiple full lifecycle software projects with
strong understanding of how each phase fits into the overall lifecycle.

·         Experience in documenting system/project requirements.

·         Experience in developing test plans.

·         Experience in using requirements management tools.

·         Experience with business modeling tools (i.e. Visio) and various
methodologies/frameworks.

·         Knowledge of facilitation process or Facilitation and leadership
skills.

·         Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

·         Experience composing summaries.



*Preferred Skills Required: *

·         Documentation of User Acceptance Test Plans and Test Cases.

·         Translate high-level business requirements into functional/system
requirements for the EHCM organization and manage changes to such
specifications.

·         Elicitation and documentation of business and system/functional
requirements for all approved changes to business processes, systems and
policies for the Enterprise Health Care Management (EHCM) organization.

·         Define and document requirements utilizing standardized tools and
techniques.

·         Document Requirements for Enterprise Health Care Management
(EHCM) projects (Tier 3 & 4) as required or requested.

·         Demonstrate an expertise in EHCM business processes and systems.

·         Serve as liaison between developers and business.

·         Obtain consensus by facilitating communication and sign-off
between

·         Business, IT (Internal HCSC and External Vendors) from initial
requirements to final implementation.

·         Function as a key contributor to the Release Management Team,
promoting both business and IT requirement understanding and agreement.

·         Mentor Junior Business Analysts within the team.

·         Escalate Requirement and Testing issues and changes to
Requirements and Testing Support Manager.

·         Schedule and facilitate Functional Team meetings.

·         Position Description: This position is responsible for functions
on projects of moderate to high complexity by working with business
partners within multiple business functions to align technology solutions
with business strategies; eliciting, documenting, and refining business
requirements for the IT organization; serving as a liaison across multiple
facets of the business community and the IT organization in order to
provide technical solutions to meet user needs; leveraging an informed
knowledge of business areas to identify and/or resolve problems on an
ongoing basis.
