Please Let Me Know If you are comfortable for the below Job Description. *Job Details:* *Role: - Solution Manager* *Location: - Atlanta GA* *Duration: - 24 + months* *Job Description:* The Solution Manager is responsible and accountable for the successful definition of requirements and solution components for all software initiatives on the T.Data program. The role involves working closely with the Product Managers to translate business requirements into system requirements with a supporting architecture that can be handed off to various delivery teams following an agile process. The Solution Manager oversees a team of architects, data analysts and business analysts to create implementable solutions and works with the Program Manager to schedule work items to appropriate delivery teams based on commitments, architectural risk and dependencies. *Responsibilities:* · Liaise with product managers to create appropriate requirements and design documentation that can be handed off to T.Data delivery teams · Works with other AT&T organizations to negotiate and source data appropriate for the needs of the T.Data initiative. · Works with Product Managers to translate business requirements into system requirements · Develops and manages design documentation that defines key solution components, dependencies and risks to achieve program objectives. · Assists in the prioritization process to ensure that risks and dependencies are balanced with key T.Data objectives · Works with the Program Manager to schedule work to appropriate work teams · Ensures clear and concise requirement definitions are incorporated into system design. · Provides impact assessments from change requests from original design specifications. · Identifies and partners with both internal and external AT&T program stakeholders . *Qualifications / Skills:* · 5+ Years of experience of managing a solution architecture and requirements team. · Strong technical problem solving skills - have driven solutions with proven results. · Experience of documenting system requirements via Use Cases, User Stories and Scenarios. · Excellent technical management skills with experience of leading mission critical projects · Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex principles to business users · Ability to balance competing demands and reprioritize effectively. · Strong critical thinking in complex situations with an ability to deal with ambiguity · Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills. · Exposure to Clarity and Rally a plus · BS/BA in computer science, engineering, or business (Master’s degree preferred). -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
