Here's the Job Description *LEAD BA with Pension or Retirement Experience* *S**cope of Work* · Responsible for the business process analysis, which includes the creation of the Business Requirement Document (BRD) in support of the *Pension Risk Transfer* business within the Company’s *Retirement* Technology. This includes engaging business customers to elicit clear understanding of what technology is needed is to meet their objective(s). · Responsible for consistent on-time delivery of quality deliverables in accordance with agreed upon plans. · The BRD is expected to be written and articulated clearly and must include an workflow of current process and future process expectations. · Presentation and explanation of BRD, as needed, to support technology team understanding and preparation of project estimates. · Retirement business knowledge is a requirement; knowledge of the Pension Risk Transfer/Pension DB space is a plus. *Responsibilities* · Elicit business needs from partners, ensure needs and objectives of the project are appropriately documented in the BRD document, help facilitate review, understanding, and estimation of work resulting from BRD. · Ensure project team is aware of, and understands, the details of the BRD and the overall business objectives and goals of project.
