What You'll Do:

*Mobile Support Engineer* serves as a technical expert of the
company's mobile products and is able to identify, analyze, and resolve
technical issues quickly. Relevant industry experience is important, but
ultimately less so than the demonstrated abilities and aptitude.



The Day to Day:

   - Technical support for customers statewide
   - Identify, troubleshoot and run test scenarios for technical issues
   with code, software, hardware, devices and endpoints
   - Communicate issues to other departments and provide root cause analysis
   - Manage multiple technical issues simultaneously
   - Perform deep drill down analysis into performance bottlenecks and
   provide necessary fixes or recommendations
   - Bring in new ideas, change, evolve, improve and simplify the
   production infrastructure
   - Participates in the development of tools, systems and processes to
   improve product supportability
   - Write documentation & FAQs
   - Provide on-call support



Are We a Match:

   - BS / BA degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or an
   equivalent combination of education and experience.
   - 4+ years experience in an application support role, preferably
   mobile-related
   - Experience with Software Application debugging and troubleshooting
   - Experience supporting cloud-based applications/services
   - Experience with Mobile development a plus
   - Strong relational database skills. Experience utilizing SQL to write
   complex queries to investigate and resolve production issues.
   - Good knowledge of basic large-scale internet service architectures
   (such as load balancing, LAMP, CDN's)
   - Solid working knowledge of Linux platforms and AWS infrastructure
   - Experience leveraging shell scripts to increase productivity
   - Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate technical issues as
   required
   - Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
   - Ability to work independently
   - Passionate about helping people
   - Flexible and happy to tackle any challenge
   - Detail Oriented and careful
   - Good communications skills
