Interview: Phone Should have minimum of 6 years¹ experience in CRM Sales, Service & Case Management. • Should have minimum of 6 years¹ experience in SAP CRM Interaction Center. • Working experience in consumer Web services to design and run CRM Web Applications. • Working experience in integration with SAP CRM and 3rd party legacy systems (such as TIBCO). • Should have working experience in SAP CRM Web UI/Web Client in more than two implementations. • Mandatory experience in Creating Custom BOL & GENIL Objects. • Mandatory ABAP experience in SAP CRM modules. • Must have good exposure and working experience in SAP CRM 7.0 EHP3. • Analyze functional and system requirements to build and design the SAP CRM solution. • Good to have IS-Telco and CTI knowledge. • Ability to take responsibility and work independently in developing objects. • Provides and follows SAP best practice principles. • Responsible for identifying issues and resolving them efficiently. • Good Communications skills are necessary.
