*OCM Program Manager - Contract (Columbus, OH)* *Position - OCM Program ManagerColumbus, OHDuration - Long Term* *Description Responsibilities:* In partnership with their OCM teammates and leveraging the Limited Brands OCM methodology, this person will be responsible for the following activities: Create and maintain the initial stakeholder assessment; Assess and analyze people, process and organizational impacts at all levels in conjunction with business partners to develop the appropriate change management approach. Identify potential people related risks and anticipated resistance points, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns. Identify potential executive (leadership alignment) related risks and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns. Support executive alignment communications including steering committee presentations, etc. Manage a team of functionally based OCM leads in developing the OCM plans to support their respective areas; Ensure all plans are following a common methodology and timeline and meet all stakeholder requirements without duplication of efforts. Efforts to be led include but are not limited to: Plan, develop and deliver project stakeholder (end user) related communication that is inclusive of all strategic and tactical user needs. Support business stakeholders in understanding the implications of the business process changes and planning communication, training and organizational readiness activities accordingly. Design, develop, and deliver training plans based on a situational awareness of the project and the groups impacted; Understand how to address user training needs using a variety of platforms. Lead a team of instructional designers in developing the training materials; participating in instruction design efforts as required.
