The system tracks Program Cost needs, Planning Year allocations, and tracks that actual resource allocations and spending for Intel programs. Meet with customers and team members to gather information to build out Process Models and Capture Requirements for new and existing features and functionality. Capture and document requirements Work with the development lead to ensure understanding of requirements during design phase Work with QA lead to understand requirements for testing Meeting management - must be able to effectively lead discussions to drive the system processes and requirements development. Organized and Commitment Driven - must come to meetings prepared and be able to make commitments and deliver on them Excellent written and verbal communication skills Requirements Engineering Experience - must have 5+ years experience capturing and documenting complete requirements ensuring they meet the good requirements guidelines Business Process Modeling Experience - must have 5+ years experience in building business process models capturing the process flow and key metadata.
