The system is being implemented using salesforce.com. The system will allow citizens to conduct online transactions for required occupational and business licenses. A common statewide licensing solution reduces the costs and efforts needed to create licensing solutions for individual agencies. The system must be implemented by June 30, 2015. This resource will be part of a small team of BA s working on individual agency implementations. The BA must represent the business needs by defining and documenting the requirements and assist DBAs and developers with data modeling and data migration.
