Mandatory Skills : Able to understand end to end application architecture - Web, ERP, Mobile, Cloud, Datawarehouse, Middleware etc. Deep technical expertise to review test results, monitoring reports and identify performance bottlenecks Extensive background in HP LoadRunner or HP Performance center tool Conduct code profiling and able to diagnose issues (Jprofiler, Jprobe, Optimize IT tools) Well skilled in atleast one diagnostic tool - Dynatrace, Wily Introscope, AppDynamics or similar Able to analyze database trace reports such as Oracle AWR or SQL Analyzer/Profiler Single point of contact for a given line of business for performance engineering Responsible for overall project and technical delivery of all the performance engineering projects under scope of that line of business Create performance engineering strategies for large scale complex programs involving multiple architecture tiers, multiple releases Think and develop testing strategies for Mobile, Cloud related projects/initiatives Conduct root cause analysis and provide test recommendations for production issues with very short turn around time Review processes, methodologies and recommend better ways of conducting tests with clear ROI Intervene during technical disputes/conflicts between teams and systematically resolve the crisis Forecast the risks, issues in the project and take necessary actions Identify dependencies on internal and external stakeholders (data, environment, BA, third party etc.) for critical projects and incorporate in test/project plans Manage most/all of the performance testing team including quality delivery, schedule adherence, people management Understand the key program/LoB stakeholders, manage their expectations proactively and via continuous feedback Provide weekly governance, status reports to customer on project status, risks/issues, SLA adherence -- *Nagesh,* 609-858-0864 Direct nag...@info-ways.com <p...@info-ways.com> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
