Reply me back with your updated resume. *Position : Network Voice L3 engineer* *Location: Novi, MI * *Duration : 6+ months Job Description :* Key skills required for the job are: *Network Voice L3(Mandatory)* * Cisco Voice Networks * As an L3 engineer, you are responsible for managing the Cisco voice network end to and responsible for availability SLAs. You need to provide technical support and leadership to the team at onsite and offshore. You are expected have in depth of knowledge of Cisco network voice technological area (Cisco voice gateways, call manager, Webex meeting place, Jabber), which includes knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks. You would be responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements. You should provide technical leadership to project team to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues. You should work with monitoring team to setup required proactive monitoring in Solarwinds (monitoring tool) and having knowledge on configuring, troubleshooting of Solarwinds monitoring tool is an additional advantage. Scripting knowledge for automating tasks will be additional advantage. You will be the focal for Network Voice tower and interacting with customer, so you should have customer management skills and driving CSI initiatives for service improvements. Cisco Call Manager IPT(Mandatory) As an Architect you are responsible for providing technical leadership to small size/complexity/order-value projects. You are expected have depth of knowledge of specified technological area, which includes knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks. You would be responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements, preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs).
