Mentoring of designers for detailed design. - Development of technical design guidelines and standards, governance of standards, and review of actualization of implementation across projects. Development of enterprise design view and application to project level. *ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * - *Develop and Maintain Standards, Procedures, Guidelines and Best Practices * - *Develop and maintain ETL logic in J2EE * - Act as an internal consultant, mentoring junior designers - Review all Project Level Data Movement Designs for adherence to Standards and Best Practices - Suggest changes to Project Level Designs * Develop New Data Movement Design Patterns where Required - Guide the Coding and Testing of standard data movement reuseable components. *JOB REQUIREMENTS: * - Strong Analytical and problem solving skills. - Technical expertise regarding data models and database design development.
