1. Assist the Enterprise SharePoint team in setup, configuration, and implementation of the Intranet environment for the enterprise consistent with associated standards and processes. 2. Using newly implemented standards lead an effort to migrate the Business Unit’s SharePoint 2007 portal to the new SharePoint 2013 environment. Responsibilities include working with functional business owners to define the requirements for each site within the portal, developing a migration plan, migrating content of each site to the new 2013 portal/architecture, and training users on the use of the new 2013 environment according to newly implemented standards and processes. 3. Provide general support and troubleshooting to users of the new environment during the migration process. External Description The SharePoint contractor will be responsible for assisting in the implementation on a new SharePoint 2013 Intranet environment and leading an effort to migrate the Business Unit’s current SharePoint 2007 portal to the new SharePoint 2013 Intranet environment.
