*Position : Production Support*

Location : Sunnyvale, CA

Duration : 6+ Months



*Required skills:*

·         Work in a support role as a member of a help desk or equivalent

·         Experience managing support ticket queue

·         Documentation of software products and procedures from a support
perspective

·         In-depth knowledge of OS X & iOS operation

·         Knowledge of relational databases & tools

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Earlier experience in handling support tickets is definitely a
plus



*Preferred skills:*

·         UNIX and PHP familiarity

·         Scripting ability (Shell, Python, etc.)

·         Package management, installers

·         Mobile Device Management (MDM)

·         Networking knowledge, including troubleshooting with netstat,
tcpdump, etc.
