*Role: Service Assurance ArchitectLocation: Atlanta, GALong Term Contract* The Service Assurance Design project (“Project”) is to support Cox’s need to create Service Assurance roadmaps, evaluate Service Assurance data acquisition activities and provide on-going support for Service Assurance lifecycle activities. The purpose of this SOW is for Contractor to provide consulting services (1 resource) to deliver required analysis and documentation related to roadmap, evaluation and lifecycle analysis. *Services Scope*: -Provide application architecture and solution design services for Service Assurance strategic projects. -Provide technical analysis and evaluation for Service Assurance research and development projects. -Provide ongoing design support for Service Assurance lifecycle projects. *Deliverables*: Provide Service Assurance input to the SSD, Interface Specification, and High Level Design documents for the various Fault and Performance applications for in-flight and new projects. Desired resource profile: Service Assurance Architect who has demonstrated experience architecting and designing complex Service Assurance solutions including fault, performance, discovery, and configuration using a variety of vendor components and custom development. Experience should include IBM Tivoli, HP, BMC in a telco or MSO environment. Experience may also include WebNMS, ABN, Openet, or other collection platforms. Experience with SNMP, TL1, IPDR, DOCSIS, TR-069. Experience with LAMP, Java, Javascript, Oracle, Informatica, Webmethods. Incumbent must be able to operate independently within a given context. Incumbent must be able to effectively integrate into a diverse team environment, including active and productive participation on cross-functional project teams.
