There are 3 Salesforce teams
2 build lines – these are new development. Follow Agile
1 run line – Application Support line – fixed bugs etc.
Doesn’t follow Agile
*Lead Role* – backfilling role. Was over all 3 lines. Needs to understand
development, but probably won’t be very hands on. Communicate with the
business. Guide developers on how to go forward. Would be a big plus if
they have any Data Warehousing experience. They also use a code repository
called SVN Subversion that would be a plus to have. Agile a plus.
The tasks associated with the Technical Lead role on the project will
include req analysis, Salesforce design, Salesforce best practices, coding,
testing, documentation of all changes made, and traceability.
