Documents and implements simple to moderate technical solutions. Provides input to technical standards. Supports a continuously operational production environment. Summary of Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: - Assists in packaging mobile applications for deployment utilizing xCode. - Collaborates with peers and project team to keep project on schedule. - Participates in requirements gathering activities. - Analyzes technical needs and translates business requirements and functional designs into technical solutions. - Performs system maintenance including configuration management and patching. - Ensures compliance with standards for designing and deploying technical solutions. - Resolves and helps mitigate production issues. - Works with other business and technical teams to support resolution of issues. - Contributes to the documentation of production support processes. - Under general guidance, performs first and second level troubleshooting and participates in a pager rotation, providing continuous support for the production environment. - Contributes to infrastructure standards. - May lead a small to medium sustainment effort with limited oversight. - May participate in pager rotation. Summary of Experience: - Experience deploying Mobile Applications: 1 Year - Analyzing, diagnosing and problem solving in a complex and varied systems environment: 4 years. - Technically savvy in more than one discipline related to Information Technology: 3 years. - Systems engineering, design, implementation and support: 3 years. - Experience using diagnostic, monitoring, problem and change management tools: 3 years. - Experience working within an established project management framework: 2 years.
