Minimum of 60 months *as lead project manager* of IT related projects. 2. Minimum 84 months managing project execution and control. This includes maintaining project budgets, schedules, scope requirements, status reports, and quality standards. 3. Minimum of 60 months developing and managing communications plans. 4. Minimum of 48 months managing project schedules and resources using *Microsoft Project*. 5. Project Management Professional *Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI*). 6. Minimum 48 months experience of post-certification project management work. 7. Minimum 24 months Project Management experience implementing healthcare related projects. 8. Minimum 24 months project management experience leading projects with direct *stakeholder* involvement at state government director level and above. 9. Minimum 24 months Project Management experience managing expectations of and communicating with *stakeholders*. 10. Minimum 12 months of experience in managing projects involving multiple *Federal agencies, State agencies, or corporations*.
