Job description and required skills for Workday Tech Lead position: Job Duties and Responsibilities: § Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the Workday HR System and act as primary point of contact to monitor and triage production issues § Manage the overall implementation and maintenance of Workday and act as subject matter expert of all HR integrations and reports § Coordinate the planning and deployment of system upgrades and maintenance, including the scheduling of key activities and communicating of system downtime to appropriate parties, and ensure client requirements are effectively met § Work with Solution Center, Interfacing teams and partners to resolve the production issues and problems § Research and do root cause analysis of issues using available information resources and follow standard support procedures to comply with SLAs § Redirect problems to the appropriate resource and Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention § Mentor and provide leadership development to team members and promote continuous learning § Lead the selection, interview and hiring process for team members § Understand, encourage, and comply with all human resource and corporate policies and procedures Knowledge, Skill and Abilities: · 1+ year of experience with Workday technical and functional knowledge. Significant experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Custom Reports, Core Connectors, Document Transformation and Packaged Integrations is mandatory.
