Our Customers have said that want to interact with Scottsdale via mobile devices. Industry trends suggest that within the next several years Carriers will be expected to provide this capability or risk losing business. Most of the applications with Portal are at least 10 years old, and pre-date the mobile and multiple browser world. SG’s webhosting technology makes it more difficult to write applications for the modern web which adds development time and costs for enhancements and project delivery. This project would utilize an enterprise- standard webhosting solution to that will allow Scottsdale to quickly provide mobile and browser friendly solutions, eliminate technical debt and address the complexity associated with Portal. This contractor will back fill the RA on the CSI standing team who will be engaged for the project.
