Will lead a team of up to 6 developers Must be able to guide their code, mentor mainly on the database end The developers in the group lack SQL Server 2008 skills mainly from a design/complex stored procedures/architect perspective This will be more of a 40% C# 50% SQL Server position They must also be able to interact with external clients and internal business continuants , so communication and presentation skills are IMPORTANT They will be moving to 4.5 framework, the ideal candidate will possess the following 1)expert sql server experience 2)Biztalk knowledge- they do not need to be an expert but must know how to maintain, develop on top of the framework, support/troubleshoot and enhance.
