*The ideal candidate must be familiar with the following:*
o Having 8+ years of work experience in the areas of expertise that
include Project Management, Product development, IT Operation Support,
Client Interaction, Business Analysts, Project Implementation, leadership
and coordination.
o Manage and participate in the development and implementation of goals,
objectives, policies and priorities for assigned programs.
o Lead teams in the design of new applications, configuration of system
upgrades and development of new programming tools.
o Create business processes, best practices, standards, templates and
operating procedures to optimize IT project development.
o Assign schedules, coordinate external technology vendors, internal
staff members and third party consultants.
o Expert in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Able
to manage medium project teams and known for high-quality deliverables that
meet or exceed timeline and budgetary targets.
o Ability to make project schedules, making timely delivery and giving
assurance of quality.
o Build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with
stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to the
organization.
o Led and managed geographically-dispersed teams through all phases of
project including architectural and design solutions, execution, testing
and deployment.
o Extensive experience with the implementations of multi-tier
applications using .Net, ASP.Net, 2008, SQL Server, Oracle, Informix
databases and Unix Scripts.
o Outstanding knowledge of IT design and development for application,
architecture and data standards to ensure that the projects are delivering
a suitable solution.
