The FileNet P8 system hosts and/or integrates with 38 applications used by more than 1,000 internal users as part of their day-to-day operations. Our client is upgrading its current FileNet P8 system from version 4.5.1 to 5.2.1. In addition to ensuring support from IBM, upgrading FileNet will afford the client the opportunity to take advantage of new, more scalable and secure technology.
