Title: SAP Team Lead
Duration: Long Term - Contract to Hire
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Rate: 65 /hr
Need to travel to and between Golden, CO and Milwaukee, WI.
TRAVEL TO GOLDEN, CO PAID FOR.
EY : Strong FI/CO Config skills. 12 years experience / 7 SAP FI/CO
implementations.
1. Strong leadership and communication (verbal and written), skills.
2. Strong Analytical ability.
3. Understands key Financial Business Processes, transactional and
reporting, for example, GL, AR, AP, Banking, Planning, Forecasting, Asset
Management, Sales Analytics, (Profitability Analysis), Financial
Consolidations, Integration with Supply Chain, Commercial, HR, BW, etc.
4. That means, the ability to translate complex technical issues into
"business speak", articulate the issues, (verbally and in writing), present
options with pros/cons, do and/or lead the implementation, and inspire
confidence, when making those presentations.
5. Said another way, the ability to lead teams, (on site and/or
remote), AND the ability to do "hands on" SAP configuration.
6. Strong SAP FICO Configuration Knowledge, including Special Purpose
Ledger.
7. At least 12 years SAP configuration experience AND completed at
least 7 SAP implementations.
8. Ability to write good functional specs., for Interfaces, Conversions
and Reports.
9. Understands the Integration of Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR
and Operations Business Processes and Technical Designs with Finance.
