Below is the quick snapshot of the requirement or qualification summary. *Skills: * *BI Lead, Data Analysis/Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Technical Development Requirements:* * Independent with the ability to complete end-to-end project work * Strong documentation skills (Meeting agendas/write ups, requirements, technical specifications, etc.) * Strong meeting facilitation skills * Strong communication skills (Will interface with the business and offshore) * Strong project skills (Project Planning, Issue Tracking, Change Management, Risk assessment, etc.) * Data Warehousing experience with Star schemas, Snowflake schemas and normalization.
