Job Description

The Project Management role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of
timely and quality projects, according to defined budget, standards and
specifications, directing and managing project development from beginning
to end. The core responsibility lies in managing and coordinating the
activities, the project members, the daily escalations and planning for the
project activities and delivery, IT Operations Group of Electrolux North
America which includes locations in the US, Canada and Mexico.  This
position will report to the IT Director, PMO North America.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning:

   - Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business
   goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
   - Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications
   documents.
   - Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project
   goals.
   - Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
   - Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate
   tools.

Communication:

   - Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and
   stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
   - Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
   - Identify, Communicate and Escalate Decisions, Issues and Risks
   - Communicate, Synchronize and Follow Up Project Execution Progress
   - Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved
   parties throughout project life cycle.
   - Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in
   order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
   - Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements
   documentation, and presentations.
