The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical leadership with expertise in secure modern data center / campus designs leveraging Cisco technologies. Additionally, this person assists the Enterprise Architecture team with the creation of reference architectures, policies, and standards. Applicants will be highly motivated, organized, able to work with distributed teams, while also capable to manage projects independently. This is an ideal job for candidates who want to work with the latest technologies in a very exciting and challenging field. Holding current CCDP & CCNP certifications is strongly preferred. *JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* - Develop and publish reference architectures for data center, corporate, and internal customer projects - Work with internal groups to design, develop and deploy new networks - Design enhancements to existing network technologies to sustain their useful life or repair chronic issues - Provide technical leadership for the Enterprise & Label IT functions - Work on a team that is responsible for analyzing network and customer requirements, equipment capabilities and services to make written recommendations and oral presentations on network architecture, equipment selections, product definitions, policies, etc. - Act as a technical mentor and provide thought leadership within the organization - Configure, test, and maintain LAN/WAN network equipment and related services across multiple geographies - Identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems of varying degrees of complexity - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks - Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation *QUALIFICATIONS:* - 10 years of enterprise networking experience with at least 5 in a leadership role.
