Detailed job description - Skill Set: *Duties include but are not limited to:* v Responsible for the overall technical implementation of Ariba On Demand spend management solution (Sourcing and P2P). v Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. v Perform due diligence to gain a thorough understanding of client’s organization and workflow. v Defining the project scope, project plan, time frames and the required resources. v Educate client team on Ariba On Demand features and requirements fitment into the product v Determine client configuration requirements and guide client toward best practices. v Bring in value ads in terms of process improvements and identifying project risks upfront v Coordinate with Systems Integration teams to ensure all client requirements can be met. v Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables to ensure compliance with current business strategies. v Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs. v Lead testing activities – build test strategy, test scenarios/plans/scripts and UAT assistance v Support the processes, and procedures that radically reduce customer implementation cycle time and eliminate opportunities for deployment defects v Provides analytical guidance to project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. v Work closely with customers as their technical advisor during the implementation phase v Coordinate client super users training v Provides coaching/mentoring to others on product as well as project management principles and techniques. v Guide the customer on best practices for long term success. *Requirements:* ü Bachelor’s/Masters degree ü Excellent verbal and written communication skills ü Ability to travel when expected ü At least 3 years of Ariba On Demand experience and overall 10 years SCM procurement experience ü Have conducted or been part of at least two Ariba On Demand end to end implementation (Sourcing and P2P) ü Client facing presence and experience interacting with multiple levels within an organization, including executive leadership ü Strong technical and analytical aptitude including ability to understand software configuration and data structures ü Possess the skills necessary to enter into a new client and perform an assessment of the organizational needs ü Experience managing projects, Ariba on demand solution design, configurations and testing, monitoring and reporting progress, and exceeding client expectations ü Identify critical success factors and ensure all are met during implementation ü Ability to understand and document business practices and procedures ü Ability to deliver projects successfully under fixed time constraints ü Thrive on collaborating with the implementation team as well as internal and external customers Work Location Bellevue, WA Best Regards Ankit Kumar Sagwal IDC Technologies Inc.
