Very good communication skills 1.2: Exposure to Logistics domain specifically related to Fulfillment Center operations and Transportation. 1.3: Should have experience in drafting test strategies. 1.4: Experience in test planning, scheduling and tracking. *Req 3: TEST LEAD* *Location: Plano, TX || 6 Months* Experience in testing any packaged application such as Oracle Retail (Retek), Siebel, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle Apps or any other third party application. TOP 3 Required skills 2. Experience in Testing enterprise level "out of box" retail products with heavy emphasis on Integration testing between mutliple tracks 3. Experience working with deveopers, clients and business analysts to create a comprehensive Master Test plan to cover all the testing needs for the application 4. Understand and analyze business requirements for Integration Testing and customizations understand application integration points, interfaces, data requirements Other Skills Required : 1. Communicate with project manager(s) of different tracks on testing status, 5. Education – BS/BA in computer science, engineering, information systems preferred and/or equivalent formal training or work experience 6. 5-8 years of experience in all facets of Quality Assurance testing including but not limited to , Integration testing, system testing, user acceptaance testing 7. 5+years of experience with HP/Mercury Interactive testing tool - Quality Center/Test Director 8. Excellent verbal/written communication skills. 9. Ability to work both in a team environment and on an individual basis. 10.Experience as a Test Lead on large sized projects 11.Experience working with Offshore development projects 12.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously. 13.Ability to document and concisely communicate problems to developers. 14.Experience in gathering and reporting testing and quality metrics is required 15.Experience in test effort estimation 16.Formal QA/test training and certifications are a plus 17.Experience testing batch applications *Reqt 4:Test Lead* *No of Positions : 3 Location : USA -Portland* The automation skills are added to the below JD , Please send profiles 6-8 years experience with basic knowlege on Automation Should have Lead a team of 6-10 members.
