They have multiple customer groups within their SC business organization that they will interface with Replentishment, Order to Cash (ie Shipping; Transportation), Procurement, and Handset Insurance. The function of this role will be to provide systems analysis and oversight (management and handling operational excellence) with the SQL Development organization. They will manage data quality, root cause analysis and process design. Will interface and manage internal customer relationships for both the business and EIT users. Will also facilitate the issue management process and delegate, as appropriate, and/or execute QAT testing for a variety of reports. *Responsibilities:* • Collecting information to analyze and evaluate existing or developed client applications or systems, prepare detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes. • Translate business and user requirements into accurate system requirements specification documents through systems and data analysis. • Communicate effectively to keep business, IT and project personnel up to date. • Interact regularly with Functional Analysts, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Application Support and Operations. • Assist in definition, design, and management of Enterprise Architecture components and low-level technical Architecture design documents. • Utilize departmental Software Development Lifecycle Methodology as a guide for analyst activities. *Tasks will include, but not be limited to the following:* • Conduct root cause analysis and issue resolution for complex SQL procedures and Reporting Services (SSRS). • Create design documents and functional spec documents, analyze requirements for reporting, provide process documentation and process design including the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes. Documentation deliverables may include: Design Documents, Data Flow Diagrams and Data Mapping spreadsheets. • Ideal if they were a Subject matter expert (SME) on business processes, Retail Stockout Reporting, SAP, and Supply Chain SQL database. • Communicate data import/report delays and reporting system outages to Business Partners and Internal Team members. • Collaborate with Dev group to ensure tech standards are balanced with business requirements. • Handle customer communications and partnering with EIT for root cause and mitigation plans to prevent recurring issues. *Qualifications: * Looking for the following experience: • Modeled data and produced data mapping and data definition documentation. • Configure data mapping between databases. • Data mapping and analysis of current and proposed data feeds to ensure data quality.
