AS/SET is a case tool used for BPCS development. It is an RPG Code generator. AS/SET supports coding using its set of commands to generate RPG code but it doesn't have debugging capability, hence debugging needs to be done in RPG. • Knowledge of RPG is a pre-requisite for BPCS. • It uses most of AS/400 features extensively hence good knowledge of AS400 would be an advantage.
