Monitor and respond to support requests to the iMarket and EZ Target inboxes 2. Maintain knowledge of iMarket system as new functions are added 3. In downtime, analyze content of system documentation and compare to production systems. Edit and publish documentation changes required. 4. Document administration processes to create a shareable support knowledge base. 5. Assist in UAT testing of monthly IT loads. Where necessary, validate against mkview. 6. Enter support request, change requests and defects for issues discovered during support function or by other CIA FTEs. 7. Maintain list for visibility of known issues 8. Work with IT to understand the root cause and define solutions to issues. 9. Test solutions provided by IT. 10. Participate in weekly IT alignment meeting 11. Participate in biweekly Contact Committee meeting 12.
