Lead Developers are responsible for designing business and technology solutions in a team setting. This includes launching products and services based on the work, and functioning as a creative and integral part of ensuring these deliverables are a success. Candidates are expected to deliver high-quality C# code in a timely manner, as well as manage multiple phases of the project life cycle (design, develop, deploy). They must also be proficient with standard development tools in the .Net framework, including MVC5, LINQ, RESTful, as well as asynchronous programming. Lead Back-End Developers at Isobar are also responsible for requirements gathering, software design, development and testing. Candidates must have IT consulting experience, be able to collaborate in cross-functional teams, have effective written and verbal communication skills, be detail-oriented, and willing to travel. The ability to prioritize and manage work and adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment is also key.
