*Telecom savvy Solution Architect*

$60/hr

Duration: 3-6 months

Location: Atlanta, NJ

*Responsibilities:*
§  Lead workshops with customer to understand their current state of
architecture (including related integration points) corresponding to
identified accounts

§  Analyze and recommend end state architecture (including related
integration points) addressing business needs corresponding to all
identified accounts as well as considering future business needs

§  Identify & document technical requirements (e.g. integration,
scalability, performance) based on customer workshops corresponding to
identified accounts

§  Identify & document technical requirements that are in-process of
implementation as well as roadmap requirements

§  Define & document prioritization for identified technical requirements
based on customer discussions

§  Document the tools and products in the current architecture diagram used
corresponding for supporting current functional/technical requirements as
well as related “as-is” business process

§  Evaluate & recommend new products/tools, as necessary replacing the
existing products/tools with related value proposition

§  Evaluate & recommend existing products that needs to be upgrade (if any)
with related value proposition

§  For the products / tools to be put on end-of-life, propose related
roadmap timeline

§  Analyze, determine & document “quick wins” based on business process &
requirement workshop corresponding to each account identified

§  Analyze, determine & define shared services roadmap, addressing current
& future business & operational needs across all identified accounts
Qualifications:

§  7+ years for Telecom knowledge with deep understanding of overall O/BSS
functional & technical knowledge

§  5+ years of experience on Telecom Network Inventory Management

§  5+ years of experience as Solution Architect with proven experience on
hand-on defining wider eco-system architecture based on industry standards
such as SOA

§  eTOM,  ITIL, Sigma standards working knowledge required. Certification
preferred in either of the industry standards

§  30-40% travel required at one or more customer offices

§  Leadership & excellent customer presentation skills MUST


*Business Consultant / Analyst*

*3-6 months*

*Travel to AT&T sites - Atlanta, NJ*


Responsibilities:

§  Lead workshops with customer to understand their “as-is” business processes
corresponding to identified accounts

§  Analyze and recommend “to-be” business processes addressing business
needs corresponding to all identified accounts as well as considering
future business needs

§  Identify & document functional & technical requirements (e.g.
integration, scalability, performance) based on customer workshops
corresponding to identified accounts

§  Identify & document functional & technical requirements that are
in-process of implementation as well as roadmap requirements

§  Define & document prioritization for identified functional & technical
requirements based on customer discussions

§  Document the tools and products used corresponding to support those
functional/technical requirements as well as across the “as-is” business
process

§  Analyze, determine & document “what is working well” and “what needs to
be improved” based on customer workshops related to business process &
requirements gathering

§  Analyze, determine & document “quick wins” based on business process &
requirement workshop corresponding to each account identified

§  Analyze, determine & define shared services roadmap, addressing current
& future business & operational needs across all identified accounts
Qualifications:

experience in business processes & requirements analysis & documentation
