*Please send resume to* *arv...@idctechnologies.com* <arv...@idctechnologies.com> Position: Lead Informatica Developer Duration: 18 month contract Location: Columbus, Ohio *Only Locals and Prefer GC or Citizen * Our client in Columbus, Ohio has a contract role immediately available for an Informatica Technical Lead who will be responsible for leading the rollout and implementation of Informatica PowerCenter and Data Quality tools across the organization. He or she will be responsible for working with both application development teams and the Business Intelligence team on the development of best practices and standards for ETL and real-time data integrations. Job Responsibilities: • The ideal candidate is expected to have strong communication and mentoring capabilities in order to help train teams on the Informatica toolset. • Provides technical consulting and guidance to development teams on the design and development of batch and real-time data integrations • Develops best practices and standards around the design, creation, testing, and deployment of data integrations • Develops ETL and real-time data integration processes to support project objectives • Develops monitoring best practices and solutions to support high availability • Collaborates with the BI and Reporting team on strategy and planning for the migration of ETL jobs from Business Objects Data Services to Informatica PowerCenter. • Mentors/coaches development teams in Informatica PowerCenter and Data Quality • Assists Quality Assurance teams in developing automated testing solutions for data integrations and ETL • Provide on-call support for Informatica tools and solutions Required Skills: • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college preferred, or the equivalent of 7 to 10 years’ experience and/or training in the technical Business Intelligence field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Expertise with Informatica’s product suite, particularly PowerCenter, Power Exchange and Data Quality, including the ability to design and develop complex Informatica mappings, workflows and identify areas of optimizations • Proficient in analyzing business/data requirements, writing metadata definitions, and writing data mapping specifications • Understanding of conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling • Experience with full lifecycle development projects and agile methodologies • Familiarity with real-time data integrations using REST Web Services • Excellence in oral/written communications, interpersonal relations, team cooperation and demonstrated ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders • Informatica development experience required with Oracle database technologies is preferred • Informatica Professional Certification is preferred • Familiarity with ActiveBatch job scheduler is preferred *Regards* *Arvind Nagar* *Email- arv...@idctechnologies.com <arv...@idctechnologies.com>* *Direct-408-457-9381 Ext-4008 * *Hangout- arvindnagar.777* *Yahoo- arvindnagar951* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
