*Position: MDM Administrator *

*Location: San Antonio, TX*

*Duration: 6 Months*



Position Summary:

The primary purpose for this position is to support the company’s item
master database by researching and properly classifying daily item number
requests. This position will also partner with Operations and field experts
to manage the integrity of the data in the item master database within the
ERP.



Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Enters all new product data in ERP Item Master, including item number, GL
code, classification, tax category, manufacturer, etc.

• Ensures all data item changes are updated in ERP Item Master as necessary

• Creates and maintains regular audit reports to ensure data integrity of
Item Master data

• Responds to inquiries made regarding item number classifications

• Assists Product Analyst with research and ad-hoc reporting

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least two (2) years general accounting or order processing experience

• Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook, etc.)

• Demonstrated problem solving skills

• Demonstrated attentiveness to detail

• Demonstrated skills in procedure ownership and follow through

• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain spreadsheets

• Demonstrated presentation and communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and to prioritize workload under tight
deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates degree in business

• Technology Industry experience

• ERP experience
