Description: Job Description: PM/BA - Support of Workday System Remediation Reporting to the Workday Program Related System Remediation Workstream Lead, this position is a key role in supporting remediation of systems impacted by implementation of the Workday ERP. This role is engaged in providing impacted system owners with the information and tools they need to successfully remediate their systems. This role works with the ERP program team to identify needed information, creates written documentation and presentations for the system owners, engages system owners, and maintains information on needs and progress of system owners. This role also provides project management support for the Related System Remediation workstream, including collaborating on process, maintaining and driving the project plan, identifying risks and obstacles, status reporting, and generating metrics to support operations and management needs. Information to support remediation is voluminous and detailed, and this role manages and curates information and data. Note that this role is not engaged in remediating systems; it is engaged in ensuring the success of others who are doing the remediation work. Requirements: • Identify impacts and remediation needs following the lifecycle of the ERP implementation (design, build, test, deploy) • Collaborate on remediation process and establishing work activities. Maintain project plan and drive execution. • Work collaboratively and effectively with the ERP program, system owners of impacted systems, and other members of the Related System Remediation workstream. Be the liaison between the ERP program and system owners. • Interview system owners and ERP program team members. Elicit, analyze, and validate information to support system remediation. • Organize and curate data on impacted systems and on remediation status. Identify significant data and trends. Produce metrics to guide focus, identify issues, and measure progress. • Prepare written documentation and presentations for system owners, in collaboration with the Change Management team. Share with and present to system owners. • Organize information needed from the ERP program team. Work collaboratively with the ERP Program team to obtain information. • Support coordination of testing across remediated systems and the ERP team. • Identify obstacles and risks, work collaboratively to resolve, and escalate as needed. Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience and 5 years Business Analysis experience, preferably with strong user interaction and full system implementation lifecycle • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation • Executive Level interpersonal relationship building, collaboration and facilitation skills • A solid understanding of software development life cycles methodologies • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse personnel, including technical and business • Solid understanding and application of various project management and business analysis methodologies, techniques, and tools • Expertise in data management and analysis • Excellent MS Office skills • BS/BA required, PMP preferred, CBAP certification preferred, Master’s Degree a plus • Experience working with Financial and/or HR systems a plus • Experience working with data warehouses, databases, and/or integrations a plus • Technical skills and expertise a plus.
