*HP QTP Automation Engg * *Nashvilee,TN * *Rate:$40-45 * Key skills required for the job are: - HP QTP - UFT Automation Testing (Mandatory) o Minimum 6+ years of Automation Testing experience o Minimum of 3 Yrs of HP QTP Automation Testing(Mandatory) o As a Senior Test Engineer/Lead you should able to devise Automation Test Framework, Automation Test Strategy, Analyze and conduct Automation Feasibility, Build test plan, traceability matrix. o You should be able to design and develop Automation test scripts, Dry run and test execute the scripts. o You should be able to lead the offshore team and should be flexible in overlapping with Offshore timings(India hours). o You should update project related data as required in applicable systems and ensure timely reporting and response to stakeholders. o You should possess good communication & articulation skills. You should be well versed in client interfacing role and should have played Single Point of Contact for Automation Team for Customer. o Good engineering mindset and needs to be a very quick learner As a Senior Test Engineer you should able to devise Test Strategy, review test plan, traceability matrix and ensure usage of tools for optimization. You should be able to ensure the availability test environment, design test and defect reporting formats and manage the team. You should update project related data as required in applicable systems and ensure timely reporting and response to stakeholders.
