Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) with non-technical business subject matter experts, stakeholders and project managers for clarifications, to define rules, and to provide explanations is critical. Prior experience with the following systems is a must, including Work ticket management system – LanDesk; Datacom database; CICS application generation system; Panvalet and Roscoe development environments; C#, Windows, and Web-based systems experience highly desired.
