Direct Client Role: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Admin Location: San Jose, CA Duration: 3 months We are looking for a consultant to collaborate with onsite staff to troubleshoot, isolate and identify Linux server failures (i.e. OS, Kernel panic, DIMM, disk) Tasks: • Execute server administration tasks • Configuration and change management planning and facilitation • Coordinates user requirements with delivery systems • IT Operations escalation coordination • Log calls in ticketing system • Facilitate problem resolution/ticket closure • Coordinate with end users or representatives, systems designers, systems integrators, and suppliers and vendors.
